    PETITION FILED UNDER SECTION 13 OF HINDU MARRIAGE ACT.

    3. The address for service of all notices on the petitioner is that of his advocates Sri Add7, Add8, Advocates, Pl1 and that of the respondent is as stated above.
    4. The petitioners are the husband and wife and the marriage in between the parties took as per Hindu rights and Caste Customs on dt1 at place.  Differences arose in between the petitioners and inspite of the best efforts made by them personally and also through the elders, well wishers etc., the disputes could not be resolved. Therefore the petitioners have thought fit to get their marriage dissolved.  
    5. There are no children due to the wedlock in between the petitioner and respondent.
    6. There is no collusion in between the petitioners and they have not filed any application seeking dissolution of the marriage previously before any Court.
    7. The cause of action for the petition arose on dt1 when the marriage in between the petitioner and respondent took place within the jurisdiction of the Hon'ble Court.

    8. A court fee of Rs.10/- is paid under Schedule (II) Article (I) (vii) of Andhra Pradesh Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act.
    9. The petitioners therefore prays that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant a decree for divorce dissolving the marriage that took place in between the petitioners on Dt1 at place and award such other relief as the Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
